Head Scarves for Hair Loss

There are many women who experiencing hair loss due to illness, cancer treatment, chemotherapy or genetic disposition. For these women, life poses an additional challenge and they can feel insecure, have low self-esteem or turn reclusive. However, there are ways of coping with hair loss. It's important that these women create a new image for themselves... so they not only feel good but also confident during their treatment and beyond. There many ways of dealing with hair loss, but the most obvious is a head scarf. While some women opt for wigs, there are others who go for hats. However, a lot women feel uncomfortable wearing wigs and hats. If you ARE uncomfortable with these and feel they are not meant for you... you can always opt for - scarves for hair loss. Wearing scarves for hair loss can do your image a whole lot of good. Wearing the scarf is not about doing an extreme image makeover. Rather you use the scarfs to compliment and enhance your outfits and looks, while hiding your hair loss. In addition, a head scarf is a fashion statement so there will be no questions asked as to why you're wearing it. Having a number of head scarves with allow you to mix and match them with your outfits. This way you will not have to wear the same scarf day in and day out. Also, there are many different ways of tying a scarf. With a little time and practice you will be able to master "how to tie head scarves" a few tying techniques, which will do your self-esteem and self-confidence a whole lot of good. Wearing a scarf for hair loss is comfortable. In fact, many women have said that they forgot they are wearing anything on their head. Another thing is that if you're facing extreme hair loss, remember not to purchase a silk or polyester scarf as it may slip off, exposing your hair loss. Opt for cotton or stretch rayon scarves which are easy to manage and tie.
